Delete your DoseDiary account & data

DoseDiary, by DJ's Puzzle Palace (a DBA of Tapps Homes LLC). Last updated: June 2026.

DoseDiary is offline-first: your medications, schedules, dose history, profiles, and any photos you attach are stored on your device by default. A cloud account, encrypted backup, and caregiver sharing are optional. This page explains how to delete either.

Delete your on-device data (no account needed)

Open the app and go to Settings → Erase all data (Reset), or uninstall DoseDiary. This permanently removes all data stored on your device. We never had a copy.

Delete your cloud account & encrypted backup

If you created a cloud account, you can have it and your encrypted backup permanently deleted:

Email hello@dosediary.net from the email address on your DoseDiary account, with the subject DoseDiary account deletion. We will permanently delete your account record, your encrypted backup, and any caregiver links within 30 days, and email you to confirm.
